Vibsorb ROF Load Bearing Pads are crafted from fully cured, masticated fiber-reinforced rubber, utilizing a unique blend of virgin and recycled rubbers. Throughout the manufacturing process, synthetic fibers are integrated into the base rubber compounds, providing internal reinforcement similar to that of reinforced concrete. This mesh structure enhances tensile and compressive strength, stiffness, tear resistance, durability, and offers exceptional resistance to ozone and weather conditions.
